At Tattva Creations, every candle is handcrafted from clean, pollution-free soy wax and premium braided cotton wicks. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure a sustainable, long-lasting experience.

Returns & Exchanges

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, email or message us on WhatsApp with your order details.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, notify us within 24–48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and product.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • We recommend recording an unboxing video to help validate any claims.

Refunds

  • Refunds are approved only for items returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Personalized or custom orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • Any item damaged or used by the customer will not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange.
